Pros
I've been working at Techsyn for a little over a year, and it's been a great experience so far. The company culture is one of the best things about working here. The team is very supportive and friendly, and there's a real emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
Cons
One of the main downsides is the workload. The company has been growing rapidly, which means that there's always a lot to do and not enough time to do it. This can be stressful and overwhelming at times, especially when there are tight deadlines to meet.
