For the motivated this is was a great place to be able to grow in a career in IT. As a non public entity they leadership had a clear vision that helped the company survive through the lean times when others had to close their doors. TIG also supported a good work/life balance.

Cons

At times having the staffing to support a department was lacking and it could be difficult to justify the cost of another employee.
