      Fast paced, very stable, really cares about employees

      Pros

      Management really cares about employees. Work is fast paced, but always an emphasis on quality. Many companies come through on tours just to see how we can do so much in a single day - they always leave impressed. Company motto of better, faster, cheaper - always the client in mind - is embraced by everybody.

      Cons

      The company is always evolving, so there are constant changes. If you don't like change, this isn't the place for you.

      Good pay for a job that requires a great deal of attention to detail

      Pros

      The pay is good (started at several dollars above minimum) for only requiring typing skills, and there is a lot of room for advancement within the company. A good place to learn basic laboratory skills. The leadership team was always trying to improve working conditions for the employees. Paid time off was average.

      Cons

      Odd hours, they are universally early and can go very long. The work can be monotonous but attention to detail must always be maintained.
