Management is technical, transparent and down to earth. Comparative to other start-ups, TechSlice's work is stable and pays well. Management and team members are highly collaborative and open to suggestions or trying new ideas.
Cons
All work is remote which is also a 'Pro' and common during Covid however, if you are a sole contributor on a project it can be isolating at times.
