      Internal systems may have gotten carried away with integrations vs a simple single solution

      Pros

      Great leadership and the owners really care about the employees, clients, and always doing the right thing. Engineers are very experienced, knowledgeable and are consultative. They work with clients the way they would want to be treated themselves. Sales team is knowledgeable on the solutions sets and are long time employees, not there to sell you one thing once that they want to.

      Cons

      Has a lot of systems and needs to consolidate or integrate, i know the integration piece is happening right now though!

      The ownership of leadership of the company you can count on and trust. Wonderful people, technical and greet business professionals. Highly talented wide breadth of engineers. Takes customer satisfaction extremely seriously. Will always do the right thing for the valued client.

      Best kept secret in Oregon. Marketing is doing fantastic changing that, growing in the market and expanding.
