Pros
- Embraces Māori culture and is a lead consideration in all worksteams - Opportunity to emerge in a new career path at an entry level - Exposure to varied business functions through a HR perspective (health, education, the environment etc.) - Exciting community/voluntary events to be involved in
Cons
