      Pros

      Able to learn a lot from some amazing people. Was given lots of opportunities to grow quickly and experience a wide variety of work.

      Cons

      Workload can be really heavy at times, which is normal for agency life. They do a good job trying to balance it and recognize the effort.

      Work environment was fun and innovative. Office location was easy for commuting. Management was transparent and communicative. I learned a ton.
