Leadership, culture, salary. I loved everything about this company! I hate my contract ended.

None. No complaints on the company. Some of their clients were difficult, but that had nothing to do with TalentWoo:)

Start up type of environment - got to jump right into projects Jerel is a motivating leader and has an inspiring vision for the company - cares a lot about culture, collaboration, team building, work/life balance - and works hard to live by those principles and not just speak to them, which I appreciated from my first conversation with Jerel.
Cons
The company probably grew too quickly and with the mortgage rate fluctuations of 2021/2022, it directly impacted clients and they had to lay off a lot and eventually all of the company
