Although the company has been on the market for a long time, they are relatively small and due to budget, some roles can be laid off, which happened to my case

Pros

I worked here for over 18 months and one thing I truly appreciated is how much they value employee voice. The management encourages open conversations and ensures that everyone's opinions and ideas are heard and valued. Every part of the business showcases this (including PDP’s and 1-2-1’s) but none more than the ERG’s which have consistently driven inclusion and positive culture through employee voice. I’ve never worked for a business that demonstrates consistently that staff thoughts and feedback can influence company decisions and help shape the working environment. I should also make a reference to L&D at Talent Point which is incredibly good. From day 1 it’s made clear that development is at the heart of the business and because of this, there are so many examples of excellent development journeys within current and ex-staff.

Cons

Clearly the market is tough so understandably there is a question on how to constantly bring new business in. But once accounts are signed they tend to stay for a long time which is great for stability.
