      Today marks my last working day at TSS Consultancy, and looking back, it has been a wonderful journey from starting as a freelancer to moving into an internship and then a full-time role. The management is truly supportive, always listens to your ideas, and encourages innovation. The work culture is open, collaborative, and motivating. Colleagues are helpful and teamwork is highly valued, which makes learning easy and enjoyable. The work culture is super supportive. it genuinely feels like a family, where everyone works together to provide valuable services. If you are someone who delivers quality work and values growth, you will definitely thrive and love this place. Working here also helps you become familiar with the fintech industry; you learn so much valuable information about how things work behind the scenes that knowledge has been one of the best gifts I’ve received. It’s an excellent place for freshers and anyone looking to grow in a professional, yet friendly environment. I left the organization only to pursue my master’s abroad; there were no other reasons for leaving.
