Cons
There is always room for improvement, but I think TENTE is on top of those items.

Family-oriented, open-door, awarded for going the extra mile, good behavior doesn't go unnoticed, opportunity for growth, if you show initiative, TENTE will run with it, flexible, always has employee's best interest at-heart

I don't have anything poor to say. There is always room for improvement anywhere.
