Pros
Fantastic leadership, excellent company culture, and System76 makes really cool things. I mean, REALLY cool things. There is also a great work/life balance flexibility here at System76.
Cons
The normal tight deadlines and turnarounds that come from any start-up business, but I wouldn't say it's demanding to the point of being negative.

Pros
Pushed to go beyond comfort (in a good way). Bosses and coworkers believe in you more than you believe in yourself. Everyone has the opportunity to try something different outside of their day-to-day. Creativity and ideas are highly encouraged and sought out.
Cons
(Con, also a pro). Choose your own adventure workload. Some people work themselves hard, others don't work at all. Up to you.
