      Pros

      As I work another 30 hour a week job, they allow me to adjust my schedule to perform both, comfortably. Also, when my mom was sick, they allowed me to work remotely, so I could be with her.

      As a Part-timer, there is no room for advancement.

      Pros

      Syntelligent does a great job at recognizing high performing workers. Excellent management who make time and give their full attention to employees. They offer abundant opportunities for growth and reward taking initiative. Current management team is very open and friendly with a cooperative family vibe.

      Cons

      Depending on your location, remote positions may miss out on the Syntelligent social and community events.

      small community means there is not a lot of hustle and bustle which is good for focusing, very flexible schedules.
