The variety of industries and types of projects. The flexible 9/80 schedule facilitates work/life balance.

Cons

Compensation is a little low compared to other companies. Some employees are overwhelmed when working multiple projects. You need to know when you are starting to get overwhelmed and communicate it. (Not really a con unless you don’t communicate)
