-Unlimited Vacation Time -Unlimited Work From Home -Hands-on management -Room for growth -Standing/Sitting desk -Office culture -Company events -Dog friendly -Cool industry -Cool Product -Set Visits -The list goes on!
Cons
I have yet to experience any negatives with SyncOnSet. The only thing would be that I was not accustomed to the kind of work environment they foster, but now that I am, I love it!

Pros
SOS was a really great place to work at, and I really value the time I spent there. The software team was very communicative, open, and meshed well together, which is not necessarily always the case in small companies. Pros: - Relaxed culture- no micromanagement, lots of support for career growth - Great work life balance, even though it's a relatively small company - Opportunities to work on a variety of technologies, really positive environment for learning a lot very quickly - Great co workers, felt really easy to ask for help or talk to people
Cons
- Project and plans don't always pan out, but that's true of any startup. On the plus side, SOS isn't afraid of failing and trying again (and as of writing this review, the most recent initiative is going very well) - You have to be self driven to do well- for me, this is a pro, but some people may value a more aggressive management style (I most definitely do not). If you want to gain more responsibility, you may have to reach out and search for it.
