Not only is management there to support you but also in your work and personal life balance. They truly care about you and about giving you the tools to improve yourself as a broker, through learning, communication, and wanting you to succeed in all aspects. Co-workers are more than co-workers. Being remote, can have a feeling of being by yourself...not with Surex. Everyone is so willing to help and have a real sense of a community. I have never felt more support from co-workers and management...Surex is a true breath of fresh air type of company!
