      Pros

      The management of this company cares about their employees, their goals, and personal development. A rapidly growing company there are lots of options for promotion and growth with the company. The corporate culture is fantastic and unlike any company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are growing pains as with any company that's growing, but the management is always willing to look at how to ease those pains and support their employees.

      Pros

      This company is a servant leadership focused company. We regularly hear from vendors, employees and Franchise candidates that we have an exceptional culture that is different from what they see elsewhere.

      Cons

      This company was purchased at the end of 2020 and has gone through a complete rebrand and internal reconstruction. The results have been incredible, but there is still a long way to go to get to the level of world class that we are striving for, which will mean hard work and some sacrifice.
