      The people at Sunroom are truly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. The teams here put in a lot of effort and dedication into their work.

      Cons

      There are just too many changes happening. It sometimes feels like we're constantly shifting gears.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth, either in your own role or moving to another team. Company is super innovative and works really hard to change the whole way that people rent homes. The company is still small enough that employees actually can have input on the product, and make a difference (a lot of companies talk the talk, but Sunroom walks the walk) You will learn a ton from everyone, this is a company of smart and kind people.

      Cons

      With any startup, things can move at a head-spinning speed and change on a dime. It can be a lot to keep up with. There is so much to do so you can end up working long hours.

      It is an amazing company with a great work culture. I loved working for a company that took care of it's employees.

      Cons

      Small company so there isn't much flexibility. Inconsistent work hours and work days the whole time
