Pros

The Pros of Sunlighten: THE CULTURE! The people are amazing! The employees and management work their hardest to support each other. The IT Technical Support Specialist who's name starts with a K is the funniest guy I know. The On-Site Gym is awesome and has a few saunas! The Tuesday and Thursday lunches are heat!

Cons

Smaller company starting to go Corporate so has growing pains. Mostly growing pains.

Pros

Everyone is super nice and you feel like what you do matters. The product is fantastic and you feel like you're really helping people.

Cons

I wish I accrued PTO faster. Having to calculate my PTO as I accrue it is no fun. Felt like I went backwards with my PTO. Not a lot of holidays.
