      Pros

      Great culture, great leadership, fun environment, plenty of opportunity for growth, definitely somewhere I can see myself developing into a great leader.

      Cons

      Very challenging position, very fast paced and demanding position. Definitely takes a strong person to work here. Senior management is very experienced in the field and are very helpful with training!

      Pros

      Being a recent college graduate I feel like the training program that they have in place here is going to propel me further into a career than I would have ever expected. The environment here is great, it really feels good to work with like minded individuals that are also working towards the same goal. Working here reminds me a lot of playing sports because there is a teamwork mentality but each individual is accountable for their own duties and are not micromanaged every second of the day. It really gives some the chance to truly grow and take on more responsibilities.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the fact that you are consistently challenged to work in things that you aren't good at. The belief behind it is that for someone to be well rounded they must not only work on things they are good at but also what they aren't good at to make those weaknesses strengths and for some it can be a little much.

      Pros

      The one thing that i've liked about the company is the culture everyone has of always striving to get better. This is definitely an environment for a sports minded individual. If you are someone who is motivated by opportunity for growth and are willing to put work in to get there then this is something you will excel at.

      Cons

      All the things that makes it great also makes it tough for a lot of people. There are a lot of people that aren't looking to be challenged and this is program that DEFINITELY will challenge you EVERYDAY and in many different ways.
