Pros
Good working conditions, good pay, excellent benefits package, flexible hours, supportive management and co-workers. All in all, a pleasure to go to work every day.
Cons
Not too many cons to working there. Only thing I could think of is that the technology was a bit behind the times.

Pros
Good senior leadership, benefits are good, Upper management trusts and relies on the senior leaders at the project level. Very good place to work
Cons
The only down side to Summit Technologies is that is a very small company and as such if a contract ends or gets terminated they have no backup positions available to cover project employees
