      Team-based environment with support from management and supervisors. Great culture. A very high level of collaboration between departments. Supervisors provide the opportunity to get exposure to all aspects of the business and departments.

      Cons

      Unsure about career advancement opportunities. Some senior management is hard to get a hold of at times. Unsure about plans for long-term growth.
