      - PTO can be a little harder to Acrew ( but the team is really flexible)

      Follows their mission and values, invests in employees, provides opportunities for professional growth, and strives to make a positive impact. Summit Group is a value-driven company that does things the right way, no matter what. Management is dedicated to their employees and the work at hand.

      Cons

      The technical staffing industry is not always easy - Summit Group does an excellent job supporting their internal employees and consultants, but know that you will be challenged to grow and learn every day! I see this as a positive, personally.
