I have worked for the university for over 20 years. The business is family oriented and I've been able to raise my children and they have always worked around everything I have needed to do with my kids. Many places would never have been so flexible with me.

I've had a fantastic experience working in the Admissions department at Sullivan University. The team was incredibly supportive, and there's a real sense of collaboration across all departments. The leadership was approachable and genuinely values employee input. Was the job hard? YES! Was it accountable? Also YES! The work environment is overall positive, with plenty of opportunities for professional development and growth. I appreciated the flexibility and the chance to help prospective students achieve their educational goals. It was rewarding to be part of an institution that truly cares about its students and staff alike.
