      Good place to work to help reduce water and soil pollution

      Excellent mission related to helping save the environment from pollution. good family environment and nice coworkers. lots of employees getting promoted. head of co. very involved with making the co. as good as it can be. you can talk to the president and other leaders about stuff, they are open to listening.

      Cons

      office a bit shabby looking such as needs new carpet, paint. put some more art on walls.

      Small testing company that has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years. Implemented better organizational leadership that was lacking when company was smaller, with great success. Focused on culture, developing internally, giving employees pathway for growth.
