The final straw came during a critical network outage. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, the CEO was focused on assigning blame, and publicly berating team members while making threats. He even implied that if we didn't resolve the problem to his satisfaction, we'd be facing severe consequences that made me genuinely worry about potential legal repercussions, like he was trying to threaten us with something that could land us in jail. A power trip fueled by paranoia and incompetence. I realized then that I was working for a company that had lost all sense of ethical or professional conduct. I resigned on the spot!

The whole experience at Strato, from the confusing interface to the lack of support. just left me frustrated. It was a terrible way to do business, and I( felt bad for the customers who got stuck with them
