      Pros

      StoneAge has a great culture with a proven track record of caring deeply for its employee owners.

      Cons

      It's in Durango, Colorado...No better place to vacation, but is an expensive location to work/live in.

      Great place to work and great people to work with

      Pros

      StoneAge excels as being a welcoming and friendly place to work. Everyone that works there is always willing to help where they can in order to ensure the company stays on track and moving forward. The culture is one of the best that I've worked for in my career.

      Cons

      Office locations can make it hard to attract people to the areas, limiting the pool of candidates a bit.

      Collaboration can be challenging within a global organization due to time zones, but everyone is willing to jump on early meeting or stay late to support our customers and each other.
