Pros

This is a great place to work with a chill environment. You have the freedom to work independently and take ownership of your tasks. You are also encouraged to propose new ideas, so there's a lot of flexibility in how you approach your work. Compensation is competitive, and the overall atmosphere feels stable.

Cons

Some areas for improvement include better organization and more transparency between teams. Currently, communication between departments could be clearer, and there are limited opportunities for cross-team collaboration.

Pros

Remote work in a low stress, work from home enviornment. Email only customer service, and no phones which is amazing. The pay is above average for most remote customer service jobs, and the support managers are very nice

Can't really think of any cons, tbh.
