      Good pay and great peers, but vacation miscommunication

      Good pay, great peers, leadership open to OT

      Cons

      Insurance not great, union nurses have contract vacation time but non-union are mislead with wording that PTO and paid holidays are separate but holidays are taken from PTO bank (worked non-union years ago).
