      - Many opportunities for project management - Client face-time - Transparent communication channel with senior management - Weekends are completely off - Small team with no internal politics - Many opportunities to work with global teams - Decent increments and bonuses - No questions asked when taking leave + unlimited sick leaves - Site visits with comfortable hotels
