      -Very good environment to work. -working hours are flexible. -Managers are very understanding and helpful. -The team is very supportive and friendly -Weekends are off.

      Cons

      -Small scale IT company so technologies on which they work are limited. -It's difficult if you want to learn new technologies other than PHP, IOs and Android.
