      Fast-paced, fun environment. Great benefits.

      Pros

      Good people, great team members. Managers are mostly easy-going and there are opportunities for advancement. Benefits are great. Healthcare, 401k, etc. Company has periodic fun events and brings out the in-n-out truck pretty regularly, among other little things. Your coworkers are the best part though.

      Cons

      There is no shortage of work and things stay fast-paced most of the time. If you're into the product, you might find it a positive, but if you find the product boring, it gets old and repetitive fast.

      Pros

      Positive work environment. Everyone is very team oriented and always willing to throw a helping hand. Management understands the needs of others. Benefits are fully paid for. Fantastic 401K plan with match of 30%. Very generous with bonuses, raises, company parties and employee appreciation lunches/dinners. Been here for 3 years and counting.

      Cons

      Feast or famine. But once you have the balance down it’s easy to manager!
