Pros

The employees are very welcoming and the onboarding process is extensive, you are not just thrown into the deep end but given lots of training and are introduced to everyone. Workload is manageable, there is always something to do, you are never bored but at the same time it is not overwhelming. Management are approachable and supportive or learning and development of their employees. They take feedback into account and value all their employees.

Cons

If you have not worked in hospitality before it might take a bit longer to get used to the products.

Management can be better. especially towards product development. hate to see company's product is so outdated cause software development fails.
