      One of the best companies for learning and growth. People here treat you like family — from the CEO to the CTO, everyone is approachable and treats you as an equal. There's no blame game like in many other companies; instead, there's a strong culture of ownership and problem-solving. A truly great place for both freshers and experienced professionals.

      The starting salary for freshers might be on the lower side, but your growth depends on the value you bring. With the right learning mindset, initiative, and leadership, you'll be rewarded with strong hikes based on your performance and contributions.

      Pros

      Ownership is provided to those who take it and we are given complete liberty to work and prove ourselves. Managers are well understanding and everyone around office are helpful. Overall great place to learn especially for starters or newbies in IT. No toxic work cultures or working over time promoted here. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Annual paid leaves are far less compared to average. Office amenities like stable power and internet connection can improve.
