      Pros

      Great commission. Not many jobs where you can have a nice 10-20 minute conversation with someone and earn a lot of money Not a pushy sales job we actually help so many people looking for different solutions whether that being getting there dream house before they lose it or someone looking to get a bungalow for mobility reasons I’ve been at a few sales companies with high turnover but this company is the best I’ve been at and would never leave not just because of the great money but everyone in the office all get on well and are more friends than work colleagues

      In my time being here I’ve not found any at all even if you have a bad month your manager and team come across there to help you and not put more pressure on

      Great company. Great culture. Motivation to work hard to earn good. Plenty of training and coaching to improve on areas you are bad at or good at to improve further.

      Cons

      Hours are long but worth the hard graft.

      Pros

      Very good commission if you're willing to work hard and put the effort in. Like any sales job, you won't earn well without working for it, but the commission here is far better than most competitors. ( I have worked at) The company has a good culture and offers plenty of incentives. Management listens to feedback and concerns and takes action when things are raised. I've been here for 7 years and the company has changed a lot in that time, all for the better. They're always looking at ways to improve and move forward.

      Cons

      Not much progression & the occasional weekend shift can be annoying, but you earn very well
