Pros

Amazing purpose, it feels really rewarding. You can really see how passionate everyone is about working in fertility. Genuinely supportive and inclusive of the LGBTQ+ community. Management is open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve how we work. The pay is fair, and great perks like food, gift cards, blankets, etc.

Cons

The benefits package could be stronger. Also, the pace can be more consistent, some days are much busier than others, which can make it a little tough for being new to get up to speed or fully absorb everything in training.

I have really enjoyed being part of this growing company. It is so awesome to see the work that Spring does and continues to do over the years. The patient and the team supporting are the most important parts of the organization and it shows in everything they do. They brought in new operational leaders this year too which has been helpful in working towards operational improvement.

Cons

I recognize being a young company, there are sometimes tough moments where you have to adapt quickly but overall the pros outweigh this
