      - Growing company that is moving fast, I feel like I've been able to make a real positive impact from the day I joined - Everyone is so lovely, makes such a difference working with motivated people who are approachable and humble - Doesn't feel hierarchal, can have your voice heard - Competitive pay

      Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The culture is genuinely supportive — everyone is approachable, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across all departments. I’ve been given a lot of autonomy within my role, which has allowed me to take ownership of projects and grow both personally and professionally. What I appreciate most is that ideas are listened to, and there’s space to make an impact. It feels like the business is on a really exciting path with huge potential, and it’s great to be part of that journey. I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing how far we can go as a team.
