Pros
Supportive and kind supervisors, great pay, friendly coworkers, good health insurance and benefits. I have really enjoyed the BCBAs (specifically Alexis, Alison and Ashley). These supervisors go above and beyond to ensure I have support and check in on me. The Greenville clinic is amazing to work at. The pay is honestly good too for an entry level job.
Cons
No paid holidays and accruing PTO can take a while when you first start, but otherwise the benefits are great.

-Supportive director who goes above and beyond the regular duties -Relative autonomy (within reason) in creating Neurodiversity Affirming treatment plans and sessions
