      *Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD & LTD, PTO, 401k and Profit Sharing *Very flexible with shifts and hours *Confident leadership *Opportunities for growth and training *Family owned by Cretex Medical for over 100 years

      Distance from the Twin Cities, but great location for those in Western suburbs.

      Pros

      All shifts aside from 1st are relaxed with independent work. There is nothing physically demanding, and breaks are at employee discretion. The employee generated improvement programs rewards are a nice, easy perk, and the benefits are solid. I've worked here twice, and would again.

      Cons

      The communication is not good. First shift is filled with gossip, favorites, and lazy people who've been there forever.
