Pros

Great work environment with good work/life balance, people you work with are incredibly friendly with a high level of professionalism and experience. Pay is extremely competitive with stock/profit sharing that is better than anything available.

Cons

Health insurance is not the best, many free things are offered in addition but better insurance would go a long way.

SpawGlass is a great company to work for and they truly emphasize building their own people and preparing them to be the best version of their selves. The work environment, benefits, opportunities, employee ownership, and PTO is best in class.
