      A great place to work, but on the lower end of the pay scale

      Pros

      I feel valued as a person and as a professional. I feel supported and am given opportunities to continuing learning and growing in ways that most appeal to me.

      Cons

      Because it is a smaller publisher, there is an internal growth ceiling that is pretty easy to hit. We have some very generous benefits, but we are also on the lower end of the pay scale for our region and size.

      The culture is amazing. Unlimited access to the best spiritual teachings anywhere. Great management.

      It can be a bit chaotic. Everything changes. Not the place if you want the same job for years.
