      Pros

      Having a job that lets you give back to the community by helping students with their education. Somewhat flexible work hours. Good culture with great people.

      Cons

      Code base is slightly older, but it is actively being updated. Sometimes government laws and regulations don't always make the most sense.

      Uses vision of "Enhancing the student learning experience" in everything we do. Truly committed to kids learning. Great environment and employee friendly. Excellent leadership and a growing company!

      Pros

      Close knit family of people! They are all fun to work with and dedicated to the betterment of the company. Free snacks, coffee, and Bagel Fridays!!!

      Cons

      None really, the commute isn't ideal for me, but that's relative.
