Overall a great company to work for, full time is 37.5 hours a week. you get many paid holidays off along with vacation and sick / personal time. Benefits include ( 401k, medical, life, long \ short term disability ) Competitive paying job & Great coworkers. Sodick has casual dress on Fridays, they have Bbq's about 4-times during the summer and cater quite often. we have an annual Christmas party every year along with games and gifts. I am happy i found Sodick!
Cons
Lack of communication / do to language barrier And your occasional employees that forget we all work for the same company.
