      Working on EDI, good pay, good benefits for employee.

      Working on process flow. Lots of changes (all in a good way but still a lot).

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, enjoyed my coworkers, and was impressed with how they prioritized employee health during covid. My direct supervisor was awesome to work under.

      Cons

      Not likely to receive upward promotion, from observing my coworkers who were there many years. HR did not care about part-timers based off my interactions with them directly (part of my reason for leaving).
