Pros

I really enjoy my job solely for the team I work with. They're the reason I want to do better and strive to do more! There are growth opportunities, and your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Cons

It's pretty fast pace and can be demanding in the workload sense.

Pros

Snapdocs is one of those rare companies where the mission genuinely connects to the day-to-day work. Everyone here is focused on modernizing an industry that still runs on paper and manual processes, and you can feel that sense of purpose. The leadership team is transparent and approachable — Mike (CEO) is both strategic and grounded, and the exec team works hard to align around people-first values. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and low-ego. Cross-functional communication actually works here, which makes it a great environment for anyone who likes to build together and see tangible impact. The company has also done a good job evolving through growth phases — balancing startup energy with operational maturity. There’s also genuine investment in people: thoughtful managers, clear expectations, and flexibility that acknowledges everyone has a life outside of work. It’s a place where doing your best work feels sustainable.

Cons

Like any company scaling quickly, there are growing pains — priorities shift fast, and some teams are still figuring out structure and processes as they go. It’s not always the best fit for someone who prefers a rigid, top-down environment. You need to be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
