Working with really smart and driven people on projects that have an impact on our client's lives. Work from home flexibility. Unlimited PTO. Continuous evaluation of benefits based on employee feedback.

Cons

Health insurance is good for single employees, but adding a spouse and dependent makes the plan too expensive on the high deductible plan due to no employer contributions beyond the employee's plan and high premiums. With continuous projects, comes a continuous flow of work that at times can become overwhelming. However, there are times that are slower which helps make up for times that are very busy. This isn't a con for SmartPath per se but comes with the industry.
