Pros
Coming from a large agency, I find it refreshing to work for such a transparent company. Co-workers are talented and smart and I love the culture here as it feels like family. Iris Sleight is a smart and savvy business owner with outstanding negotiation skills and gives 110% to her clients. I appreciate the day to day, regular interaction I have with Iris as she truly values her employees.
Cons
Smaller company means more expensive healthcare but offset with a stipend for employee coverage.

Pros
Changes in my family dynamic brought me to the Omaha market. I could not feel more blessed to be where I am now. Our team works well with one another on a daily basis to create the best results for our clients. I have never felt as through I was being asked to do anything that was out of a normal professional scope.
Cons
We are constantly reminded that 5:00 is the end of the work day and it is time to go home. (Unless it is Q4 and we are willfully helping customers with marketing campaigns.)
