Pros

Make your own pay, make as much as you can(if you make the effort), continued training, growth, full benefits, low stress, relaxed environment, great support system. Diverse, No micro managing

Cons

If you're a weekend off type, this may not be for you. If you have a lot of family activities, this may not be for you. If you want instant gratification, this may not be for you. This "is" retail.

Pros

The work is not physically demanding, the pay is GREAT, and so are the benefits. I work with some very incredible people, and I love the consistent opportunities for growth. Went from bouncing around job to job always seeking something better for myself, to never wanting to leave this company.

Cons

The only real con I could even say is the long hours can typically make work/life balance difficult. Although the days can be long, they are filled with lots of downtime that can be spent however you like (given your duties are fulfilled.)

Team atmosphere where everyone makes the team. Continual training to be able to provide the best experience anywhere. We promote within and help our teams achieve their professional goals. Truly a fun place to work and earn a great living as well. I have been working on this awesome team for over 9 years now and will continue to grow my career as well!! The training department is the best that I have ever seen!!

Honestly no cons as far as I am concerned!!
