Thanks for your great feedback. We really appreciate it. We say this a lot around here but our core values absolutely are our guiding principles. From folks joining Simpay in our entry level positions, to long-term staff members, and each member of our leadership team, we live and breathe the core values. You mentioned your “ability to make an impact”. I wanted to comment on that specifically, because I think it’s key. Our aim, with every person who works here, is for them to feel valued, heard, and respected. Making an impact can be risky in some companies. There’s a feeling of keeping your head down and not rocking the boat. That’s not the way we do things. One of our core values talks about doing what’s right, another speaks to finding solutions, and yet another says that we all win together. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It is really appreciated. Our sales teams do a fantastic job. From our exclusive, ground-breaking Clover program, our Commercial insurance channel, our Payroll division, and our Merchant Services, there’s a lot to learn (and a lot to present). We’re grateful that you’ve put your trust in Simpay and our products. We’ve grown a great deal in the past few years, from a forty person company to now having well over one hundred folks in our office and around the U.S. It’s an exciting time to be here, that’s for sure. There are hurdles to overcome and appreciate you bringing those up. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Underwriting, Development, I.T, all the Support teams and the various levels of management are working on scaling up our business through the use of technology, automation, and giving our folks the independence and permission to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.
