Pros
- Coworkers who know what they're doing and do it well - Projects are led by senior execs, but they listen to your input. A lot of opportunities to learn and be heard - Pretty diverse group in terms of nationality, race, orientation, etc - On the Sunset Strip, good choice of restaurants around - Everyone is friendly, no bad blood vibes. We laugh a lot, but sometimes you can hear a pin drop when everyone is in the zone. - Modern IT and tech resources
Cons
Not much to say. I guess parking could be better, but this is LA what are you gonna do.

Pros
Everyone is super friendly, lots of quality work gets done each day. Wear jeans, show up an do your work - go home. Owner is pretty kick - butt too.
